Framotion is published by WL Creators (micro-entreprise, France); contact: contact@framotion.ai. These terms govern your use of Framotion; by using it, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.
Framotion turns a description of your product into a motion design video, which you can watch, change and export as an MP4 file. Videos are written by artificial intelligence and played in your browser; exports are rendered on our servers.
2. Your account
You sign in with an email link or a Google account. You are responsible for what is done with your account and must keep access to it secure. Your public handle and avatar are shown on the videos you choose to publish; your email address never is.
3. Credits, plans and packs
What credits are
Credits are how actions that cost us to run are paid for. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.
What uses credits
A new video is charged at its real cost to make. When it starts, up to 1,000 credits are set aside; when it is written, only its real cost is kept (at least 150, never more than what was set aside) and the rest is returned. You need at least 600 credits to start one.
Fast mode (a choice when you start a video) writes the same video up to 2.5 times faster. Its AI work costs twice as much, so it is charged about twice the credits, at its real cost like any video: up to 2,000 credits are set aside, and you need at least 1,200 to start one.
An AI edit works the same way: up to 350 credits are set aside, the real cost is kept (at least 20) and the rest returned. You need at least 100 to start one.
Real cost in credits. Each dollar of AI work is counted as 600 credits during the launch offer, until 22 November 2026, and 750 credits after it (the thresholds above grow in the same proportion, for example 750 credits to start a video). Launch price: a subscription started before the end of 22 November 2026 keeps the launch rate for as long as it stays active, plan changes included. If it ends, a new subscription pays the rate of the day. Credits from packs bought without a plan follow the rate of the day.
An MP4 export costs 30 credits (100 in 4K).
Free: watching videos and templates, changing the texts of a video yourself, and planning a video step by step.
If an action fails, the credits set aside for it are returned in full, automatically. To prevent abuse, this applies to 3 failed actions a day; past that, a failed action that already used AI is charged its real cost. A failure that used no AI is always free.
Plan credits
Each paid plan adds its credits at the start of every billing period: Starter 4,000, Pro 15,000 and Scale 40,000 credits a month.
Plan credits do not expire while your subscription is active. Unused credits carry over from one month to the next.
The plan credits you hold are capped at 3 times your plan’s monthly credits (for example 12,000 on Starter). When a new month starts, only the credits that fit under this cap are added; the rest of that month’s credits are not added.
Plan credits are always used before credits from packs.
Upgrading is charged at once for the rest of the period (prorated); the difference between the two plans’ monthly credits is added as soon as that payment goes through.
Downgrading brings the plan credits you hold down to the new plan’s cap (3 times its monthly credits); any plan credits above it are removed.
When your subscription ends (after a cancellation takes effect, or if a payment fails for good), your remaining plan credits expire. Credits from packs are not affected.
Credit packs
Packs can be bought on any plan: 2,500 credits for €9, 7,500 credits for €25, 24,000 credits for €75.
Pack credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase, whatever happens to your subscription, and do not count towards the plan cap.
Packs work without a plan too: with at least 600 credits, you can make, edit and export videos up to 1080p. 4K exports come with the Pro and Scale plans.
Your balance, and every credit added, used, returned or expired, are shown on the Plans and credits page.
4. Payments, cancellation and withdrawal
Prices are in euros. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep your plan and its credits until then.
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from a purchase (a new subscription or a credit pack) to withdraw from it. Monthly renewals of a subscription don't open a new period.
Before paying, you tick a box to ask for immediate access to your credits and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the credits you use. We confirm this by email after the purchase.
So, within 14 days of a purchase, you can still get a full refund if none of the credits from that purchase were used. Each purchase is counted on its own: using credits you already had doesn't affect a newer purchase. To ask for it, write to contact@framotion.ai with the email of your account.
Once credits from a purchase have been used, or after 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to what you bring (prompts, screenshots, logos, texts) and to the videos made for you. You may use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
You give us the right to process and store this content to provide the service: to write, play, edit and export your videos.
If you publish a video in Templates, it becomes visible to everyone, with your public handle and, if you choose, its prompt. You can unpublish it anytime.
You must have the rights to what you upload or publish, including any brand or product shown in it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Framotion to make content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that impersonates a person or a company. Do not try to get around credits, limits or security, or to overload the service. We may remove published content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Framotion available and your videos safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change the service, its prices or these terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to prices, to how credits work or any other important change takes effect; a change to how credits work never applies to credits you already hold. Continuing to use Framotion after a change means you accept it.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Your subscription is cancelled at once, and your videos, chats, exports, uploaded screenshots, published templates and all your credits (plan and packs) are deleted for good. Credits are not refunded when you delete your account.
9. Liability
Videos are written by artificial intelligence: we do not guarantee that their content is accurate or fit for a given purpose. Check a video before you publish it.
Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us over the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, lost business), except where the law does not allow such limits.
You are responsible for what you upload and publish, and you protect us against claims from third parties caused by it.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, we will first try to settle it amicably: write to contact@framotion.ai. Failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights consumers have to go to the courts of their place of residence. Consumers in the European Union can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
